Felicia Joy is an adjunct professor in the strategy section at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an executive vice president of business transformation in Edelman’s Workplace Advisory practice, as well the company’s U.S. Head of Behavioral Science.

 Her 15 years of professional experience includes behavior change strategy and transformation communications for all audiences. She advises clients from diverse industries who are navigating complex business problems, executive transitions, new ventures, realignments, turnarounds and recoveries or the repositioning of their business.

Felicia earned a master’s degree in behavioral science from Harvard University and undergraduate degrees in journalism and political science from the University of Georgia.

Elena Grotto is an adjunct professor in the strategy section at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an executive vice president and group head of Edelman Chicago’s business transformation team.

She works in lockstep with senior decision makers as they stabilize the workforce during periods of significant change. Elena manages culture programs that impact all phases of the employee journey—from attraction and onboarding to leadership development and retention.

 Elena’s clients include Fortune 500 companies across the financial, biotech, health care, and manufacturing sectors. She earned her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MA from School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a BS from Skidmore College.
